What have you learned lately?

If you're good enough to stop learning then you're not that good.

If you're good enough to stop working out then you're not that good.

Sure we all need a break but when a break becomes the norm well....go forward.

Remember when you stopped running? Awfully hard to start again.

But if you rely on luck versus skill...luck runs out.

When was the last time you had a fire?

Trained on victim drags?

Hose deployment?

Are you "good enough" to not train or just haven't had your luck run out yet?

It's a 12, 24, 48 hour shift.
